About the Account & Community Manager role
The Account & Community Manager will have an exciting role, working on social content and copywriting for a key FMCG client, in addition to being involved in client management.
Key Responsibilities for the Account & Community Manager:
- Plan and schedule innovative content on social platforms.
- Write compelling copy for social channels.
- Community manage social platforms, interacting with audiences and producing reactive content.
- Help grow and develop client relationships.
- Analyse social content and activity.
You’ll be a passionate social and content professional, with strong copywriting skills. You’ll be looking to work in a purpose driven environment where you can make a tangible positive impact.
Skills and experience needed for the Account & Community Manager role:
- 2+ years’ social and content experience in an agency environment.
- Client facing experience.
- FMCG brand experience.
- Knowledge of the latest social trends.
- Interest in working with purpose led brands.
